Snapchat Becomes a Platform

This week Snapchat launched Context Cards. Context Cards allow users to swipe up on a Snap to get more information on what’s being featured in the Snap. Let’s say your friend shares a Snap from a restaurant. You can swipe up on that Snap to see the address, contact information, make a reservation through Yelp and even book a ride through Lyft.

Context Cards are about adding the ability to take action based on content.
